I have the Flaming River manual box with a factory power steering column. used an extension on my column. I beleive it was from Firm Feel, but not sure. Its a pain to parallel park. Car is a 73 Duster 440/4 speed. I beleive in the new issue of Mopar Muscle has an ad for Ididit with a tilt column that will bolt right up.Might want to check it out.   Dave
