stupid spring question.

Do leaf springs matter which side they go on, left to right? i can't see why it would matter but would feel better about it with a second opinion. This is my first build so give me a break. I know im 22 i should know better.  thanks.

it only matters if one has more leavies than the other then the one that has more goes on the passenger side.

Sometimes they have the same number but one will have more "bias" towards the front of the spring. This looks like there are longer leafs in front of the center bolt than on the other spring. Usually there are more clamps in the front too, but not always. Either way, the heavy bias goes to the right (passenger) side.
