The person that was taken out in the ambulance an then life flighted by helicopter was my very good friend. He had an accident that resulted in a very serious head injury. His entire family is in St. Louis now. Thanks to all the racers that helpled in our time of need.
There were 25 of us that ran between 9.31-9.69. There were 38 that were between 9.70-9.99. I have no idea how many of the 10.30 cars there were but that was the group they decided to race. As far as the racing went it was the best time i have ever had at the track. Got alot of pics but im really not ready to go through an look at them yet. When I here some better results about my friend I will start goin through pics.

I added 125lbs an shifted 6200 went 9.42 friday ,9.43 sat morning, an felt about the same on the run where there was no time slip. I did this becouse I thought I had a better chance if I could run a mid 9. They did call 9.70 cars an 10.30 cars at the same time. They then decided to race the 10.30s.

I was in the staging lanes when this happened, I was roughly 100 yards up, in the staging lanes. It was a very terrible thing to have happened. I hope he gets better soon. Joeyman

His recovery is going very good. He is breathing on his own today an all his vital signs are great.
