I'll be posting my pics of mine soon but you guys on the right coast will probably be digging in soon so what cha cooking? Let's see a pic before the evidence is gone.
I have 30 lbs about ready to go on the smoker. Expecting about 12 people, I'll let them smoke about 4-5 hours then finish them on the grill with my special BBQ sauce. Woo Hoo.....can't wait. Got the satellite radio blaring shag beach music and not a cloud in the sky. 

One of these years I'm going to do a whole hog again. Haven't done that in 15 years.

I've had a prok butt on my new Traeger since 11:00 last night.
I looks wonderful, but I left my camera in the office.
Baked a loaf of bread and a rhubarb pie on it last night.

Yeah....I'm home all alone, cleaning out my pantry, tryin to rearrange things after the quick unpack job after the move... ...I have a rack of ribs in the freezer like that, but I gave up red meat about a month ago,  ...I only eat fish and chicken breast, and veggies...I'm gettin sick of veggies I'll tell ya...I promised Randy I wouldn't eat any meat while he's gone, and I won't...but damn those ribs are gonna rock... and if I was in Colorado...Well, I might be blowin up dat skirt to have just one sniff a dose ribs..... I hope Randy doesn't read this....

OK, here's mine.

Not to high jack the thread at all, but MVRCorp, that's an awesome idea for hanging the ribs! I have a cookshack electric and was trying to figure out how to do that without buying rib hangers. Thank you sir!

I use bamboo skewers, you can hang more then you can stack on racks.
