hi,folks i have a question about my project,it's a69 dart that had a273 v8with no swaybar.i purchased a 75 duster disc brake setup with swaybar attatchments on the lower control arms and was wondering if this will work on my 69 k member or will i need to get the member from the 75 duster also? thanks in advance you guy/gals are a wealth of infomation. this is my first BBswap and its going slow but everything is falling into place with your help,thank dennis

The late sway bar was run through the k--member. Your 69 k-member does not have the holes for this. Your best bet would be to get a 73-76 V-8 k-member and, if you are putting a big block in, modify it into a DC k-member (see the tech pages).

I put the same 73-up LCA's on my 68 Dart that had the sway bar tabs already on them. Basically it's not the way to go. There is no sway bar set up for that combo. So, what I did was use Firm Feels set up that puts sway bar tabs under the shock mounting bolt. The car handled well with BB T-bars (.890) and a /6. But now with a 360SB, it was marginal. I added the 1 1/8" FF bar and  what a difference. I actually look forward to corners now. It's an absolute blast to drive!

o[so did you keep the old sway bar and just get the taps fromFF or did you get it all from them?
