 a buddy i use to work with bent it up out of chrome moly and tiged it in. im happy, i was hopping i'd be able to put the back seat in.  drinks

nice car! have you driven it much with that shifter? if so how do you like it?

shifters not to bad, upshifting is great but downshifting to first or second takes a little getting use to. i've probably only put about 15 miles or so on it, im still working out some bugs and finish details.

looks great. your buddy did a good job. wish i could weld a nice clean bead like that. how did you do the bars in the trunk? did you just run them straight back or turn them down? i am building a S/S clone also, your car looks great. did you build sub frame connectors also?

here's a picture of the bars in the trunk


subframes are just some rectangular bars i welded in, i did put a latter bar cross member in to tie them together and i ran the kicker bars from the cage to that.
