fuel injection question

injection people, 99 uhh umm oh well, chevy vortec,  59000 miles , #4 cylinder only, plug fouls out, over-rich, did all the usuall stuff, plugs, wires, swapped coils, new injector, still doing it. any ideas? thanks for the comments. sorry about the chevy stuff.

Sure it's not oil fouling?
No need to apologize for the Chevy stuff. It doesn't neccesarily make you a bad person.

Yeah, sounds to me like you hit everything... Could be oil getting in there either though a valve guide or past the rings.

It's ok. My daily driver is a 98 Yukon. 215,000 miles.
