Just about ready to move the cuda but. When I an adjusting the front end, I can get the camber to -3/4 deg, but I can only get the caster to -4 deg. If I try to get any less caster, my camber goes tomuchneg or it will go to positive. Do I leave it where its at or do I keep messin with it.

Start over with these directions and you'll get the best your front end can provide. The alignment should be set for the maximum caster. Put the front cam all the way out and the rear all the way in. Then bring the rear cam out until the camber is in spec. Camber should be 1/4 to 1/2 degree negative. This is after the ride height is set and before the toe is set. I also don't like the factory way of measuring ride height. I try to set about an inch between the LCA bumper and the frame rail. Then measure from the frame rail to the floor and set them the same. Toe should be in 1/16" to 1/8".

Nice directions, Jim.

Jim, I will try that. As it sits now will that 1/4 deg make that big of a differance?

As I read it you have negative caster. The car will wander terribly down the road. You've got to have positive caster.

Ok, if you have 4deg positive then you are ok, but I'd go back to the instructions in my first post and restart from there. Check the caster after you have the camber in spec, but that's the best you can get.

Jim, what if you use aftermarket uppers that are supposed to improve the geometry?

Well, that's a little different since you can dial in more caster, but start with the instructions with the uppers and either put them in the position I mentioned to start OR directly in the middle of both cams and measure the two angles. Try to dial in about 3-4deg positive caster and 1/4-1/2deg negative camber.
