Bought a Passon Performance aluminum A-body extension housing and billet shiftert plate. Looks like good quality stuff but too much money and I was not impressed with Jamie's attitude. Guess I will deal with Brewers from now on. Also bought a sbp bullet style ralley center cap for a buddy. A billet 7290 yoke for my dana 60 from Mancini. A few trim pieces and I was out of cash. Found a local guy to swap some parts with and got scorched by the sun. All in all a good time.

I got a set of front winshield trim for a 68 dart, some 67 dart grill lenses, and Some AAR fiberglass stuff (6 Pack hood,deck lid and both bumpers)

A sunburn of course, plus sore feet from walking around all day.
Grille and headlight bezels for my dad's car, couple speedo gears, a mint left fender for my car (mine was junk), sending unit, and my new pride and joy, I finally sprung for a new repop pistol grip (too much money but it's oh so pretty. I couldn't resist). Also a competition plus shifter in good shape to replace my tired, worn, and seized stocker.
Also picked up some floors and a windshield (and trim) from Ken in NJ.
All in all, a productive trip....The Astro behaved itself nicely. Drove straight, no breakdowns despite its high mileage. In a 1300 mile round trip, burned about 60 gallons of fuel.
Would've liked to have met more B.B.D. members at the show but there were parts to be bought...I need to get my damn car finished so next year I can drive it there, just check out the show cars, meet people, and not give a damn what the maniacs at the swap meet are charging. We didn't even look at any show vehicles, as sinful as that sounds.

got some sun on saturday, but today it really hit me got a really good farmers tan my neck is the darkes part of my body. only talked to bill while I was there , but I saw petty blues challenger leaving for the day today stayed for the engine give away and came up short my closest number was 40 didgets away from having a 505 in the dart  |

The bad news....Sunburn, sore feet, sleep depravation.
The good news....Met Bill Reilly and ended up getting a great show special deal on a set of his strut rods. Stopped by Mancinis and picked up a set of Competition Engineering adjustable front shocks. Going to get this thing to leave properly if it kills me. Also got a good deal from Hardens on a 3/8 sending unit to finish off my fuel system mods.

Got a 73-76 V8 K for my Valiant. Yea! And a Super Six set up for my /6 dart. Of course the aformentioned sunburn, dehydration and sticker shock.............. Met quite a few bbd'ers, and got to meet Bill R. for the first time. What a great time!!!   |

the wife got a set of centerlines for the back of her 66 charger and a set of polishing pads, she doesn't know it yet but her rear seat covers wheel be here in three to four weeks from legendary, I picked myself up a set of rally mirrors for the dart and a new fuel pump.

There was a 48 dually Dodge truck in fair condition across from me for $800....It killed me to not take it home, but I have too many projects already, so I skipped it. I'm still pondering it, and may end up looking up the guys number before summer's out - it didn't sell at the show.
