Power steering column to manual

 ???Thought I read somewhere that you could take a power steering column, and stretch it to make it compatable with a manual steering box. Anyone out there know the link for that procedure? thank you

I believe Flaming River and Firm feel make an adapter for that.They are pricey.Rocky
