I see magnum intakes for sale that say for 95 and up. Or 97 -2001. Anybody care to clear this up for me. I'm thinking about buying a magnum injection set up, and don't want to end up with something  that won't fit my LA block w/ magnum heads.

'96 magnums and all other vehicles sold in the US went to OBD 2. That is the only difference I know of between the early and late magnum engines. I have replaced a lot of magnum engines in fleet vehicles and did not notice any changes to the physical dimensions of any of the parts.

from what I understand it should fit with little issue.  the LA and mag blocks share dimensions in many aspects.  so long as the intake matches the intake bolt pattern of the magnum heads, it should work fine.  its a pretty popular swap with a few intakes bolting to either mag or LA heads.  I think the only diff being vertical vs angled bolts
