Looking for a member

Good morning all, I am looking for a member named Greg Metallinos of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. He use to be on Moparts and we worked out a trade. I sent him a Big Block A-body K-member which he received on March 15th this year. THough many excuses he never sent me my parts or my K-member back, and then he quit responding to my e-mails and calls. I called him out on June 10th on Moparts and he finally agreed to send my K back. On June 20th he said he sent it and when I inquired about a tracking number he is no where to be found. You can read the call out on Moparts in the general section under "Calling out BIGBLOCKAHOLIC" if you wish. THe long and the short of it is I am out about $5-600 and I simply want my K-member back. I have held off from legal action simply because of wanting to do the right thing, but I am told I have an excellent case for international mail fraud, since I have kept all the e-mails. This is an attempt to shame him out of the wood work. I am sorry to use/abuse your community like this but I don't know what else to do. I have many Mopars including a 69 GTS 340/4 spd.

Satellite65 - great idea but the trip from Florida would exceed the value of the K. Not to mention going accross the border and getting in a scuffle is probably not a good idea for a redneck.

No reason to feel bad about it. You're right and he's wrong and you have documentation to prove it. You're not looking to get anything you're not entitled to, your money or your k-frame back. Thats fair I'd say.

One time this dude bounced a check he wrote to my buddy for a large battery order.  Bruce called him over and over and the guy gave him the runaround.  He told me if I could collect it, he'd give me half.   Now, I KNEW I wasn't going to hurt this guy,  no amount of money is worth that hassle, I get to his place of business and he's the FATTEST dude with the SKINNIEST arms I've ever seen in my life.  He took wedding pictures or some crap.  I go in, introduce myself and tell him why I'm there.  He actually started mouthing off.  Finally, he says he isn't going to pay me until he talks to Bruce.  I say start dialin'.  I don't know what Bruce told him on the other end of the phone, but as soon as he hung up, the guy pulled 500 bucks out of his pocket and gave it to me.   
  My big moment was as I took the money, I looked at him and said "The only problem with kickin' your ass is it would be too easy".
  I used to repo stolen and unpaid generator rentals too.  I miss all that crazy crap.
