Pre-Kleano.......or any specific pre-paint metal wash from your local automotive paint store.

I've already used a scratch pad some body prep, like pre-kleano, sprayed on it, that way you get an etching and remove any contamination. Then wipe down with clean cloth, prefarably something that won't give off lint and you're ready to primer.
