I fabbed one on my car. I will try and post some pic's this weekend. Honestly though I would try and repair OE if it's not too bad. or you can find them on craigslist sometimes and just replace it with OE.

I did this with stuff from Lowe's. (I'm not sure if Home Depot has the same stuff but maybe  Dunno)
Top locator: I used a piece of 1x2 aluminum rectangle tubing on top that fits down inside the channel of the core. Cut it to length while radiator was out of the car. (I thought about making it two pieces instead of just one long one but it looks better being just one piece.) A couple notches were required in this tube as my radiator has expansion notches in both the top and bottom.
Bottom support: I used 90* 2" aluminum angle for the bottom and made spacers to set the distance (front to rear) between the radiator and the core support. This too was cut to the desired length while the radiator was out side of the car. Two holes drilled in the bottom of the core support for teh mounting/spacing bolts is needed. Here two more nothces needed in the angle for the expansion joints mentioned earlier. The radiator fits over the 2" 90* angle on the bottom, between the side tanks. Same as the top "Locator" tube.
Upper support: There were two OEM holes already in the core support, so I used them to hold a couple pieces, cut off from the left overs of the lower support 90*, to go from the core support to the rectangle tube (locator) on top. Then determined the distance between the core support and the radiator, and screwed the brackets to "locator" on top of the radiator.
To limit side to side movement, I put in (see pic) a couple screws to limit the radiator onto the tube. The screws are NOT TIGHT so expansion isn't interfered with. No rattles, no fuss, all easy to drill and light weight parts ta boot!.
