I remember that early episode of South Park where everyone was farting a hole in the ozone layer, so they decided to hold their farts and then they were spontaneously combusting. They then came to the conclusion that it was all right to fart sometimes.

That sounds alot like the symptoms I have. It turned out (after all the cardiac testing) that it was a hiatus hernia. To this day; it still sometimes scares me and gets me thinking I'm having a heart attack.
