Door Hinge bolt rubber spacer

I just took my doors off and discovered that the rubber washers (square things that fit in the holes on the body)  are shot.

Does anybody know if you can buy these anywhere?  My guess is they are probably not availible.

there are several places that have rubber bumper kits ... check EBAY ...

Those aren't washers. I think it was some sort of putty that filled the empty space when the door was final adjusted. I've left it out of cars without any problems.

do you mean the holes in the actual hinges? that is the impresion i got when reading this, its just seam sealer.

I thought this might be hard to visualize.  Here is a pic, this might not help much, but this is a square rubber washer or spacer that fits in the hole on the body.  Then the bolt goes through into the hinge.  I think the purpose is to allow the hinge to move for door alignment but not move to freely. (I'm only guessing)

That's just a sealer or putty. The ones I had just crumbled and I didn't use anything in its place.

I guess it could be.  Maybe they're so old that they petrified into something that looks and feels like a spacer of sorts. 

So I can put them back without anything in its place??

throw it out. if it makes you feel better squirts some seam sealer in the holes before assembly.
