Yep. The repro's are wrong. The lens is too long to fit into the bezel recess, and the 2 mounting clips are too far apart to engage the holes in the bezel. The spacing of the holes is closer on the rears then on the fronts, but the repop companies made the rears the same as the fronts, only a different color.
I suppose you could cut off the mounting clips, and attach the lens to the bezel with double sided tape, or even velcro. Of course, you'd have to trim the lens down a but just to get it to fit the bezel. I would guess they are about 1/8" to 3/16" too long.
I ended up using my original rear lenses.

Hopefully you didnt buy from Laysons....
My dad bought 68 markers from them, and they arn't as good as OEM ones.
Maybe try to find OEM or hack the re-pops to make them fit?

ha! i bought a set about 2 years ago from a somewhat local vendor. i just went to istall them last week. i was ordering more stuff last week from the same guy and i ran it by him. he claimed to have never heard of such a thing. but then told me that people dont usually buy them for A bodies so maybe they fit the other bodies but not A bodies. pissed me off. they arent exactly cheap. i also told hm that his paint gasket set sucks ass and amazingly he never heard of that either. i really wish i would have just filled the side markers on my car.

Bankerstoy- Those red reflectors in your picture are the ones I bought for my 69 Dart. They will not fit the car. The overall length is too long, and the retaining clip spacing is too far apart. If you compare the pics of the amber one to the red one, you'll see the spacing of the clips are the same for both. In reality, the spacing of the clips for the red one should be closer together.
