bought a new computer in january, it decided it didn't like to start up last month (august) . took it back to best buy and they said good news the hard drive is bad and its covered under warranty, bad news we have to send it away. so a month later after calling them on a weekly basis they tell me it came back and the hard drive is good, now the bad news is they want to charge me the full price of $160 to redo everything....  so after i made it very clear i was pissed that they couldn't figure that out a month ago when i first took this piece of sh-t in it in they did agree to fix it for half price. the good news for me is i have Big Block Dart.com back!!!  |

Go to tiger direct.com, and build your own computer. Then you can fix it yourself. I've built 15 compiters, and ain't a nerd, just a dumb ass construction worker.
