jim my brother has a 68 barracuda, it often looks like yours and he too doesnt want to work on it. he thinks it will just restore itself. the drivetrain is all fresh, the susprnsion is farily new, engine compartment blasted and painted. almost no rust. interior i sratty and needs some electrical work. car coule be driven with a weekend of hard work. last time he drove it was 92. hasnt touched it in about 2 years. oh, and doesnt want to be seen driving the thing unless its perfect.
