I have a dana 60 that was labelled duster, posi, 3.54 with a paint pen. I'm wondering if I should keep the 8.75 3.55 that I have or put the new dana in. It came with new drums, shoes and a chrome cover. Still needs wheel cylinders and spring kits. What could it be from? I thought only hemi and 440 six packs came with them? The perches and backing plates are the same width as my 8.75, within a 1/4 inch. I did think it would fit in my old challenger, but found the leafs there way wider. Should I sell it?

It depends on your engine combination. It might be overkill for your car. You'll just be adding extra weight and will lose the ability to quickly swap pigs for different ratios.

Go with the Dana. It's the last rear end you'll ever need. Bullet proof!
