engine wont crank still after putting a new starter,and relay box in today.battery has good voltage,when you turn the key the starter will engage,and then juss start clicking,and at the same time mechinal tep,gauge spins like a clock....problem juss started over night,parked it under the car port,whet out the next day and wont start.......someone please help or give me any heads up to what it could be...Thanks

Sounds like a weak battery. Even though the voltage is good the
current capabilities could be bad. Have the battery load tested
at your local auto parts store. Next, make sure the negative
battery cable is securely mounted to the block. Check for a
loose bolt or a rusty connection. That should do it.

yep, as above; a bad ground(in several places) will kill your fun.
