69 Dartified

I don't know what you are dropping your engine in but I am putting my 383 (69 Dart) in with the Schumacher set. I haven't done it yet but I went with them anyway as there isn't too much to modify to make it fit. You just notch out the k-member about an inch square from the layout they provide and slap her in there there should be no problem. I am also going to go with a torque strap/tube as well for more security. I got mine from an outfit out of Oregon(via ebay) for less than what I would've paid here in Seattle. I saved 30.00. I don't know anything about the Mancini setup other than what I read which said that Schumacher joined up with some other outfit to make them for Mancini to sell. Just my thoughts for you to consider.

I just installed Mancini mounts to put a 360 in my 63 Dart. They were Shumachers.

Schumachers are no brainers.Drill the hole on the drivers side mount and trim the mounting pirch and shove the engine in.
