I do like the Ute's too. I saw some early 60's advertising for a Valiant "Ute", it'a a shame it never came to be in the states. I believe it was called the Explorer, Joe.

we had some Valiant station wagons called "safari's" but mostly our utes where called "wayfarers" or "rangers", some base model utes where also called "dodge utes" good small trucks that I can say with personal experience worked hard & go hard just like all mother mopar products of their time.
this is a picture of my 1970 VG dodge ute, yes VG not VF, it had a slant with a 4 speed manual, fantastic ute (short for utility purpose), its about time I brought another valiant ute for work
