I wish I could. Don't have the $ or room for it. Otherwise it would be mine. I'd like to see it find a good home.

P.S. - I have no idea who the owner is bit I have a # if anyones interested. Hope this doesn't violate Bills rules

I'm not interested in buying it, but I'm always interested in the current market.   What are they asking?

You could drive it exactly like it sits until you get a big block ready to go  Grin and maybe I'm getting REALLY forgetful in my old age, but isn't this Coronet in the same color family as your 65 Satellite?

Sign on the window said the car was re-painted 3 years ago. It's a very nice but not show quality paint job. There appears to be some filler in the lower rear quarters and early signs of rust around the wheel openings. The engine compartment is completely original and needs attention. The valve cover was re-painted but aside from that, nothing. Interior was re-upholstered and is extremely nice. The only thing that needs to be done is re-plate the chromed plastic parts. The passenger side inner door panel needs help too.

I would't exactly call yours a basket case. It's nowhere near as clean as this one but it is optioned better and appears to be a very solid shell.
What did you pay for it if you don't mind me asking?

Yeah, you did good at $1600.00. I paid $550.00 for my Sat (in '85). No engine/trans, straight with very little rust, needed paint, interior was decent.

 agree

Bur if the price was right I'd still grab it. Drive it just the way it is and re-do it at a later date.
