Iv got this snassy 750 dp that has all the good things going for it but it wont stop dribbling fuel out the boosters no matter what I do, Iv found that on some holley carbs I have there is like a needle vavle under the acc squirter yet this carb has none, Is this my problem?

Check the adjustment under the baseplate at the rear pump. There is an adjustment screw in the base that can be turned up or down. It's a tiny screw like an eyeglass screw. If it's turned in too far it may be pushing some fuel in the carb body.

you should have a needle in there, about 1/2" long triangular shaped.

Where are your float levels?they sound high. You should have the needles under the squirter screws. They are to hold the fuel right under them but even without the you shouldnt dribble fuel from the shooter. Is it from a booster? At what rpm?

read my question m8, I said its dribbling out the boosters not the squriters, I have screwed the floats down as low as they will go & it still does it at idle or any rpm sunsetdart I will check for that screw but for now I will install a pair of the needle's as before, thanks guys, I will keep you posted

Sounds like either the needle valve, or the O-ring that seals the needle valve assembly to the float bowl, is leaking. Just my 2 cents.

Like you said earlier, the boosters leaking fuel has nothing to do with the accelerator pump squirters.
Is it dribbling from both the front and rear boosters? Do you have an electric fuel pump? If you have an electric fuel pump turn it on without starting the engine and see if fuel continues to drip from the boosters. If fuel continues to drip you have a problem with the floats, needle and seat, fuel pressure or something similar that does not allow the carb. to control the level in the float bowl. If fuel does not continue to flow and it only dribbles with the engine running your problem lies elsewhere. You may have a problem involving the throttle blade adjustment being too far open or an issue with the power valve(s).

Is the fuel level at the bottom of the sight plug hole? Sounds like a fuel level problem to me. If the float arms have been bent it is possible that the fuel levels are still too high even with the adjustments screwed down all the way. As was said a couple of times the pump circuit (squirters) is not conected to the boosters.

To expand a little on what Pat said. Do you have a really big cam thats causing the engine to idle with a very low manifold vacuum? If so this might cause two issues with the carb. The power valve in the carb may be mismatched for your combination. The other is the throttle opening at idle may be so large that enough air is flowing through the venturies to active the carb's main metering circuit. Hope this helps and good luck. Roger
