Unless they have changed, the only B motor A bodys TTI sells are 1 3/4.
Unless you have raised port Indy, B1, or Victor heads.

I run the 1 3/4 TTIs on my 400/500 stroker and they do alright. Im sure a 2" would help it some, but I run
3.54 gear and mostly street drive. It ran 10.80s through the mufflers, 2 weeks ago at monster mopar weekend.

Best so far,   10.82 @ 124mph through the mufflers.

I have 2" TTI's on a 68 Dart with 383. Required a bit of work to make them fit. Had to ding some of the primary tubes, grind the block on bellhousing flange  a little to clear one tube on passenger side.  I'm also using two header gaskets to get some more clearance. Mini starter is a must, but even with it theres very little clerance to starter. With some creative grinding, i was also able to fit power steering with these. I have the block moved as far away back as the spool type motor mounts allow. It's a very tight fit, but it works.

I wish I had known I could make the 2" work before I bought the 1 3/4"
I have a mini starter. Maybe I can find someone to buy my 1 3/4s.

congrats on geeting those 2" tti in a car with a low deck motor .....  I am guessing it is an automatic car ?   I had a set beat to fit a 4 speed car but the z bar was a no go .... ask B569RR he wound up with the remains of the headers

Does TTI sell bare headers so they can be fitted and clearanced, motor broken in, and then coated?

Sounds like you know.  Do they recommend doing it this way.  In other words, are they cooperative when you want bare headers, and send them back to them to get ceramic coated after fitment and break-in, at an additional cost, of course?  Does it end up costing more, ignoring the shipping costs incurred?  Would it be better to use someone else to coat them, like Jet-Hot, or something.

I think its better to have jet hot coat them, they have some better selection of and some higher heat finishes.
