It's got a cop motor, a 440 cubic inch plant, it's got cop tires, cop suspension, cop shocks. It's a model made before catalytic converters so it'll run good on regular gas.

It should be pretty easy to put a 2900 lb car into the low 10's with a stock stroke 440.  Use some aluminum rods to to make things easier for the bottom end and put some compression in it.  13:1 would be a good start.  CNC ported Indy heads should do the trick, the Little EZ head would be the least expensive since they allow you to use stock type rocker arms.  A moderate sized roller cam in the 260 to 270 range would probably do the trick.  A Super Victor intake with a Dominator carb would work or find a tunnel ram and run a couple of 660 Holley carbs.
