The 002/003 springs and the other stickshift springs are a higher spring rate than the automatic springs.  I have 3300 auto springs on my cuda.

All of the super stock springs have more arch than stock, and will make your car sit higher.  I prefer a softer spring as the car will see a lot of street driving, so I picked a set close to the weight of the car.  Still haven't had it on the road yet though.

i have the 3400pound springs on the Demon did pick it up a bit in the rear. and teh car sees street everyday it's able to nice ride smoother then what i was expecting. Used to drive around my popz 83 F250 3/4 ton truck that was lifted 4 inches the front were Disel coil's that where for the 3/4 and 1 ton trucks so talk about a stiff ride

The spring make you car sit very high 2 inches maybe more and also be aware the springs are pre-laoded They make your car sit croaked..
