ok, so I got a set of a-body slide-a-link's for a song (that is, traded for them, so no cost).
nice complete set...even still has the isntructions.....except for one thing. the solid inserts for the front spring eye. everything else is there and new. most of it still in the original bags...except those.
does anyone see a real problem installing these without the solid eye in the front (that is...keeping the stock busing)? admittedly they'll be somewhat less efficient without those, but since this is by far more street car than not, do you see any actual issues?

greatly appreciated, but I already ordered the new ones.... besides, as of about an hour ago...I have bigger problems. ...playing a game of 'pop goes the rear-end' ![\/][](http://www.bigblockdart.com/Smileys/classic/finger020.gif) so much for 'hey, my 8.25 has held up pretty well'
