Could anyone tell me which Weld wheel this is?  I'm looking for a pair of 15 X 4's like this but can't find anything on them or who carries them.

Any help would be appreciated!

Yup, you're right!  Now that I've found a Weld part number, I see Summit does list them for about a 10% discount off the Weld retail price.
