Im converting my 70 Dart to disc brakes I have them already on the back. Im looking to put Wilwood dynolite pro series on the front and was wonding what master cylinder i should use in the conversion. I know they sell one but looking for something thats more "factory like" its a non power break set up Thanks

get the aluminum one from a mid 80's van. you will need to make/buy an adaptor to bolt it to the firewall.

 agree  Mine came from a mid 80's new yorker, factory type discs up front and aerospace disc in rear and works great.

Can you buy a new master cylinder instead of having to head to the junk yard does anyone know ??

My 72 Demon was drum brakes all around when I got it.
I put 73 Duster discs in it.
Got a master cly. for a 73 Duster(new at Carquest), non power brake, it bolted
right in and works fine.
There are lighter brake kits available tho.

Of course. The guys were just giving applications so you can get the right parts from the parts counter morons.

(My apologies if anyone reading this fits into that category)

Thanks for the help you guys are the best. Now one other question im ording disk set up and it says to measure drums for spindel size my drum is 10 inches when measuring form the area where the pads make contact is that where they want that mesurment from?? Im thinking yes but firureed i would ask.  One other question I didnt think the 10 inch drums cam on SB darts??

For the drum size they probably want to know if you had the 10" or the 9" drums.  If i remember right the slant 6 cars had 9" drums, someone will correct me if i am wrong.

Yep, just measure the inside dia. of the drum. 140-2722 is for the 9" drum spindle, and the 140-2723 is the 10" drum kit.

 I just picked up my master cyl from the NAPA store part # UP39476. 24M.M. bore and 3/8 24 inverted flair on both ends. $43.20 out the door!!!
