heater delete?

Did the cars with the H25 heater delete have anything different than ordinary cars as far as the dash goes, or were they just closed up?  Also, how rare of an option was this?

They just had 2 platic pieces that fit in to were the controls use to be. One for the fan switch and one for the heat control.
