I was wondering,I was considering either 26" tall Hoosiers or the 29's.My question is ,what is the tallest tire I can use without having to widen the wheel wells?Just an added note,the width is 10 inches.

i suggest measuring from the center of your axle to the wheel well lips and subtract 1/2"-1"
