COP WHEEL WEIGHT?

anyone have a bare 15x7 cop wheel they can weigh for me? i'm looking at a set of 17x8 steel wheels and want to know how much rotating mass i'd be adding. thanks duster

The cop wheels seem to be made of heavier guage steel.  My 15x8 Ramcharger wheels are lighter than the 15x7 cop rims I had.

a rim guy told me they are the heaviest stock steel wheels made by any company.

bigfish, that will be cool, steel 17's. i always wanted to try the cop crown vic wheels, but they are hard to find. pretty sure they are 16's. 38 lbs is pretty chunky, most 15" aluminum wheels are half that, some maybe less than half.

I think those crown vic wheels have to small of a center hole and the backspace was a like 5+ inches. I was lookin at those also. Wink

I figure for $53 ea I'll take the extra weight of the Cragars. I love black steel wheels
