if i change the hood,grill hood latch and whatever that piece the grill attacjhes to and remove the piece between the hood and grill on my 74 swinger can I install the 71 valiant hood and grill?

Josh,
Bwefore doing it, check out to see if the fenders have the same lenght. If so, You can do what You asked. I have a 68 Valiant, and the hood latch was all messed up, got all the mechanism out of a 76 brazilian dart and assembled it, no problem. The 68 Valiant has a hood that opens from the outside, and our cars have a cable, it is only possible to open from the inside of the car, and even with all this diference, it worked. The parts that bolted to the brazilian hood bolted to the valiant (u.s. built) hood without problems.
