440 Exhaust manifolds
« on: January 06, 2006, 09:36:46 PM »

I have done a lot of research on the 440 in early a bodies I have a 65 dart, I know you have to make your own fenderwell headers, but I have seen 2 seperate early a bodies with big blocks that are using exhaust manifolds, any idea what might fit?

I have seen "B" blocks with b-body HP manifolds, but I haven't seen an "RB" block with them The place to start is with no steering column or master cylinder. Get the motor in the right place and install the driver side manifold and see just what will fit. You may have to make up a custom column with u-joints and relocate the master.
