This is the best I could come up with, I put (?) next to one's i'm not sure about or might only apply to different years, might want to double check those ones.

N93 - no ESA, no Catalytic convertor
R11 - music master AM radio
L1 - glove box lite 
773 - T73? - Tires - e70x14 red streak
M21 - rf drip rail
M25 - wide sill molding 
M26 - wheel lip molding 
M38 - deck lid fin pan (?)
N38 - Non Catalytic Convertor system
F18 - 65 amp HD alternator
G52 - G is for the Glass Codes, not sure which one the "52" is for though" (?)
J52 - inside hood release 
K5X - ?
L31 - hd/fen mount trn signal 
L73 - seatbelt unfasn light 
V1W - full vinyl roof (White)
C - Canadian (?)
B41 - Front disc brakes some years power
C15 - special sound insulation

One of the best sites for decoding:

Start with the VIN and it leads to the Fender Tag.  You can change a couple of the last digits if you don't want to give out your VIN.
