does any one know the specs for a 69 road chicken?

Some are different between manual and power steering.  Out of an old Cliton's

Front end height:  1 7/8"  (subtract the height of the bottom of the inner bushing housing from the bottom of the lower balljoint)

Caster: 1/2 degree negative (ms)  3/4 positive (ps) 1/4 degree range
Camber: Right side 1/4 positive   Left side 1/2 positive 1/4 degree range
Toe-in: 3/32 to 5/32
Spindle or Kingpin Inclination: 7 1/2 degrees

With modern tires, NEVER use negative caster. A recommendation that seems to fit is this.

I start with the ride height and then set the front cam adjuster all the way out and the rear all the way in. Then bring the rear out until the camber is in spec. This is all of the caster that you can get this way.
Then set the toe.

I'm about to align Alan's Barracuda with the new tubular upper control arms. I'm not so sure the above recommendation is the best for those, but it should be good for factory parts.

Hey Jim, how are you measuring? Do you have actual alignment tools? I hate being at the mercy of an alignment shop.

Yes, I have a camber/caster tool that cost me about $40. It is accurate to 1/8 degree. I'll see if I can find a link to it.
