This is the most inept, unorganized, dysfunctional, idiotic, useless, hopelessly incompetent organization that I have ever had the misfortune to deal with in my entire life. My delivery date has now been pushed back to Oct. 22 - but I forgot to ask what year - silly me.
I no longer care about quality - if its accompanied by service this disasterously incompetent then it just doesn't matter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If anybody has received a pair of these springs since June 18th, I would appreciate knowing about it.
I do not recommend this company to ANYBODY!!!!!!

It took me all of 4-5 business days to get mine, and I have them already installed. Sorry for your problems, but mine arrived quick, via FedEx and they seem to be the right spring, too. I ordered mine around 9/14, got them 9/21. My guess is your order is 'stuck' somewhere in electron land, like it did not get sent to the manufacturer.

This was my experience with them as well....

440WIP, Dude please call JC WHitney and calmly explain to them your situation. Tell them that you need your car to gt to work....those folks willl eat the freight and bend over backwards to help you....trut me .... I am probably the only other person that had problems with my order and it was resolved in 2 weks or so...I didn't pay for freight and FEDEX ground actually delivered my springs on a saturday evening as I was closing up the shop and cracking open a cold beer. Look I know how pissed you are ....But It is most likely not JC Whitney's fault. All they do is take your order...and submit it to th supplier (RJ Spring)...Call JC WHitney and just explain what is going on...how there are other folks ordering and receiving the same springs that you ordered ....I guaraty you if you communicate to them Something positive has got to happen....verify thepart numbers from these guys that just posted and ensure that they match what you are ordering....not saying you are wrong...just walk the dog...you know retrace the steps ....just to make sure.....barracudadave67 and fstfish66..you guys still have your receipt or your shipping memo...help 440wip out a little.....verify the part numbers where they left from lets all do some homework and get our buddy set up....Now I am getting pissed!!!!

Ok...if you have a NAPA store near you they have them for about $7.00 or $3.50 per side....remember that the rear shackle bushings come in halves so you need 4 halves per side. And that is the way they should be boxed at the parts store. I had a real bad time with the shackle hanger bracket that bolts to the rear frame being out of round so I basically took it to my buddies machine shop and he used a honing tool to fix...what a pain in the $%# that was. Just make sure you clean your rear brackets real good and also wire wheel to the shackle crossd bolts. They tend to keep some of the old bushing material melted to them from years of rubbing. So the point is...the cleaner you gt the stuff the easier the reassembly will be and less binding later...Good Luck..... oh BTW...the front should be a snap since the springs should have brought the front bushings already installed....so just clean exchange and R/R..Good luck!!!! duster

ok ....the bushings for the rear of the springs are ordered by make and model....I believe all a bodies use the same part number... it doesn't go by size....

I read this whole thing, and like the whole 'discount spring' idea. Did theissue of the missing/incorrect springs get worked out? Tomorrow is the 22nd of Oct.

Just noticed on my latest credit card statment that I have been charged $9 per month by WLI*shopperdiscount since feb as JCwhitney signed me up for a 30 day trial when I ordered online. I didn't notice this when I orderd my springs so anyone who ordered online might want to watch there statments. I got the money they charged back, but I am not to happy that JC signed me up for this BS.... explode

you need the 2 letter prefix as well as the 1 or 2 letter suffix.  for example...the 4 leaf are:  ZX 967570 P.   I tried ZX and P by your 967569 and it didn't work.  Sad

my question is: How do these perform AT THE STRIP? Compared to SS springs...do they plant the rear like the SS? Anyone running 10's with the JCW springs?  I could care less how the car rides on the street .... Grin

Since they dont make 5 leaf springs anymore, can you order the superstock spring and just remove a leaf? Has anyone tried contacting the spring shop in MI and seeing if they will make you a set?
