They look like standard rubber bushings.  I pressed mine out and put in aluminum bushings.  The springs come directly from the spring. co.  in fact, mine where not even boxed.  The pair was banded together and a shipping label was slapped on one of the springs.  Easy.

Welll my order arrived today!!   It turns out my 5 leaf springs only have 4 leafs.  Also, the center bolts were installed upside done (threaded side up).  All you guys buying theses things are driving down the quality!!!!!  lol   They're going back  tomorrow..... hammer

agree yeah- call and complain, they'll do anything to make you happy, I called to tell them that they'r quarter panels were junk (but I made them work) and the gave me 30% off, on top of the 20% that I got off when I made an order over $200. they ended up costing me a total of like $50 or 60$!

That duster certainly already looks high in back!  nice boat and tow rig!!!!    Mine were banded, but I never cut them apart....they were 4's when I ordered 5 leaf.  anyone else get them with the centerbolt in upside down?    I wonder if they did that on purpose just NOT to have the longer threaded end sticking out from the spring...  Inverted you only have the 'button'
sticking out.  Easy enough to flip....

Put mine in today, centerbolt was normal, and oddly enough the brand markings on the springs were the same as the markings on the Mancini Racing Version of the Super Stock springs, marked "JRS" assuming thats the manufacturer...They sit a little lower than the SS's and just pushing down on the back of the car, they are alot less stiff...

Mine came in today and look GREAT!

They look much closer to the originals than my other set of J.C. Whitney springs.  I had bought the high lift set a long time ago but never installed them.  They were so stiff I figured I would use them on a drag car, and I will try them on the Barracuda.  But the ones I just got in on Friday are perfect.  Gotta love the free shipping!

I'll bet their orders for these springs have increased big time LOL.

My springs were sitting on the front lawn when I got home today.  Look good.  Five and a half days from ordering to delivery....not bad.

Well, JC Whitney ought to be thanking Big Block Dart.com  bbd sign for all the business.  I just ordered a set of the 5 leaf for my 69 Dart GTS, what a deal - $119.98 with free freight today.

Thanks for the tip - I love this Forum  Grin  Grin

Hahaha, this is so funny.  These springs seem too good to be true! Plan on buying mine as soon as I have the money.  They should make an ad out of this topic.

I feel sorry for the poor sap at the warehouse who's had to pull these springs off of the shelf about 20 times; he's probably built like an ape by now... lol lol lol

Dart and Cuda springs would be exactly the same.

I noticed they show different part numbers for Dart/Barracuda when you go to the JC website and look them up. For my 67 Barracuda they only show the 6 leaf HD and not the 5 leaf which everyone seems to be going with on the street. Any idea why the part numbers are different between the two cars if all A-body springs are supposed to be the same? Thanks........ Huh

This is awesome. I saw these leafs a while back and thought they were $120 per side.  Looks like I can actually afford them.  My set will be in the mail this week.  Goodbye shackles!  Thank you for the info.

duster  I just had to put this symbol in there, because hey that's my car.

suregrip, the springs are exactly the same length and style so they will fit.  The number of leaves you want depends on your preference.
