Those are getting very difficult to find in nice shape. Besides Ebay, check www.moparts.com. They have a very large classified section. I wouldn't necessarily be in a hurry for it.
As far as I know, no one is remaking those. I saw a "restored" one at the Mopar nats for $900. You used to be able to get the GTS decal (flat, not raised like the original) for the panel, not sure if they are still available or not. Other than the decal, the panel is the same as a regular GT if you could remove the GTS from your old one...
