What are torque specs for pitt and idler?
« on: September 07, 2006, 06:39:56 PM »

I can't find this in my old Chiltons books, and I don't have a factory service book.

I need to install pittman and idler arms on my center-link. 1971 Dart.

Hopefully someone knows this?

I have a dodge manual for a 69 dart and the torque for a manual gear pitman arm is 175 foot pounds and a power gear pitman is 120 foot pounds. the idler is 65 foot pounds at the bracket and 40 foot pounds at the center link.
