Why isn't Mopar Performance, Schumacher, JC Whitney, Bouchillon Performance, US Car Tool, etc., etc. jumping all over the opportunity to re-pop these frame brackets?!?!  Seems to be PLENTY of interested parties that would buy them (I'd buy two sets), especially considering all that is required is drilling some holes (welding optional).

Even if the price was $200 per set, I'd rather spend that rather than cut my frame rail!  ...but you can't decide later you don't like it and swap it back to the way it was previously.

For only $2K, it would be worth putting up the cash and then I'd eBay every set!  Forget about having to go back and forth via email where ppl want to see pictures, get more pictures and spend hours on the phone...if ppl want the item let them Buy It Now.  Plain and Simple.  The product will promote itself via word of mouth as ppl begin using it.

Jim

seriously gotta agree with this whole heartedly.  I know I'd buy a set.   I can easily think of at least 3 other folks I know in my area alone that would.  this stuff is all the rage...I think it could be time to try this again.

I would buy it in a heartbeat.   agree  I don't want to cut anything and quite frankly I don't feel all that comfortable with my welding skills.

Yeah; It seems like maybe without some kind of swaybar it'd be a bit tippy.

Lookin forward to it Stacey. My daughter is getting a tat this weekend, and I was telling her about yours. I think it is probably really different than most tats huh?
I tried to talk her into it, but she didn't think she would want a Toyota 4Runner on her arm. Heh heh!  lol

I'm glad I saw this thread as I was about to buy the MP ones.  I would be interested and I have the cash to buy a set, or at least make a set myself if I had pics of it.  I'd rather NOT cut the frame, but I really am considering this option if it pans out.

Hey guys, I'm building yet ANOTHER drag car and I am DEFINATELY INTERESTED in purchasing a set of these. I'm tired of cutting my frame rails for this operation ! Please send me pics of this as well, and anyone who decides to pop these out, mail me at RANDYBEERANDY@aol.com.   I WANT A SET OF THESE !!! Thanks1

I will get something going....We had just about decided to order a set of those Chassis Engineering coil over ladder bars so that we can get rid of the springs altogether...

PLEASE TAKE THIS WITH A GRAIN OF SALT (Opening an old wound )YEAP--about two + years ago there was a susposed "demand" for the kit that ABC once produced(ABC Went under and no longer exists) that I had blue printed,(in order to make and upgrade the patient)  signed a contract, applied for an improvement patient application, paid attorney fees and had to up front 2000.00 for a production run of 40 kits, with the option for the sub-frame connecters also be the option to build.  We had over 140 "I'll take a set" orders, so I went ahead to order and place down my own UPFRONT 2K for the first 20 sets.  When they were completed, I sent emails to every person that "honestly" committed to a set and out of 68 some ....

Guys I cant get out into the "mud" to crawl under the duster to take the photos , as Kansas has had a ton of Ice and Snow,  as many of you have seen on TV and from pictures of ice on postings here. Please understand even as the patient holder,  I can't legally provide blueprints as of the resulting patient upgrade we had to iniate, when we re-applied for an upgrade to the origional patient--  ABC owned the origional patient .  When they (ABC)went out of business, the patient expired and we re-engineered and obtained the upgrade patient(improvement) after all the legal "reg a ma row" from the origional Patient holder in order to produce them, which was the only legally that it could be done from the previous ownership of the design,  from ABC. I cant provide the drawings(blueprints) and they cant be reproduced in production legally(by a manafacturing process).  Legally my hands are tied as to production because of the US Patient laws.  (Personally every patient attorney on earth ought to be put in a boat and torpoed in the middle of the ocean in 10,000 feet of water so they all may drown)Its nearly more restrictive than a copyright or trademark.....ever try and copy a NCAA t-shirt w/o permission and face the legal ramifications??
If I would have been fully informed of the restrictions, I would never have applied for a re-engineer or upgrade patient.    As soon as I am able to crawl under the car w/o 4 inches of mud, snow and Ice....I will gladly supply a few photos of the ORIGIONAL ABC design...just keep ya panties and underwear outta the crack....
I cant provide photos or blueprints for production of the upgrade-- to someone who doesn't have interest in the patient, that I had to obtain in order to make them from the origional ABC design.  It violates my upgraded patient and even as the holder, I cant violate the patient.  I would suggest, someone who intends to "mass" produce them, PLEASE contact an attorney to insure you can LEGALLY mass produce something that someone else holds the patient on and that there is a prodruction restriction in place.  It might save you from losing everything you own from resulting legal action.  Its just friendly advice from a guy that nearly got his butt handed to him,  from infringing on the origional before the patient was released....

The reason I can legally provide a photo of the ORIGIONAL ABC design, because they were offered and mass produced, publically published in litature and offered for sale to the public on a free sale offer from a company that sold them for profie.  I purchased a set, thus they are mine as are the hunderds of others that bought an origional set .
