Rear Tyres Size

Can anyone give me some idea what is the biggest tyre that can fit under a stock 69 dart rear.

I have just picked up 2x 8 x 15 in Centre Lines with 255 x 60 15s.  I have a funny feeling they might be a smidge to wide.

Please let me know.

I have 275/60's under mine.  its darn close, but its clear all around.  check out the sticky post at the top of the thread list.  awesome info in there.

Same here. 255 /60R -15.

Wheels are Cragar SS 15 X 8 - (5" backspace)
