Thanks for the info. I'm setting in the shop with two piles of parts for my 63 and I'm conflicted. On the left of me spring relo kit on my right is a ladder bar/coil over set u and I keep looking at a pick of your car that has became my screen saver on my work computer. And I have no idea which way I want to go. Thanks for the inspiration though.
Guess it depends what you are trying to achieve, if I was doing drag only I would go with the bars and coil overs or better yet a 4 link. I have SS springs on mine it goes down the road well and hooks up good but old technology has its limitations but there are some Hemi SS guys running in the 9s with the old stuff. You can get it lower with bars and coil overs. I am really working on a period type car.
I'm really leaning towards running the leafs and relocation kit. I think these cars lend them selfs to the old school super stock look anyways. This is going to be a small block car,it will work just fine on leafs. Again, thanks for the info you have sent my way.
The Stance for the Dart is awesome, looks cool as Shit! Here is my '65 HEMI Valiant 354 inches of HEMI...Love the Old School look, I would love to find another A-body to put a nasty Slant-6 in...with that look :^) Brian
Thanks Craven, you coming to the Meltdown Drags @ Byron Dragway with that Dart?
I had really hoped to make the 100 car at the Grove and the meltdown but I have just not made the progress on the car I had hoped to I want it to be safe prior to running it. I will make the 100 next year for certain and Byron if time permits. I am going to the Mopar weekend at the Grove next weekend I know a guy running a 65 270 dart altered wheel base with a 500 inch BB in it, shake down passes he was in the low 10's. Its a remake of snows rambunctious.
