My friends Jim Thoren and Scott Dahlberg at Supercar Collectibles have just released 4 new 1968 Super Stock Barracuda fastback's that I'd like to share with you.

I personally didn't purchase any of these cars, but they are all Supercar Collectibles Limited Editions and as all of the previous models done by Jim and Scott, these look to be extremely nice models! thmsup

Agreed, but diecast models are just like everything else that we purchase that have also seen increases in prices.

There is also a BIG difference in quality and detailing between these Highway 61 Barracuda's and the old Ertl models that we use to purchase for $20.00. ;)

lol Yep, I'm a HUGE fan of Supercar Collectibles and have been purchasing most all of my 1/18th scale diecast models from Jim and Scott for many years now.

They are one of the major driving forces in the diecast hobby for bringing us collectors very specialized models such as these 68 Barracuda's and the equally awesome 1965 Dodge Coronet and Plymouth Belvedere AWB cars just to name a couple of many that they've offered us over the years!

I realise that most of the folks here on the B.B.D. might not be as interested in these B-Body AWB cars, but here's one of the 65 Coronet's and one of the 65 Belvedere's just to show how extremely nice they are. I'm going to do a separate thread on these cars soon.
