1965 data card help

wow. havent seen one of those in a long time. if you could get a clearer pic of it, we might be able to help
decipher it.

question it says locking differential what would that be in 1965, it also has a tow package, 6 leaf spring HD shocks and Brakes and the cut out in the rear valence.
