I just swapped a 440/727 into a 67 Dart GT. I picked up a BB K-Frame at a swap meet and purchased what were supposed to be the correct spool style engine mounts. All clearances are good and with the Mopar Dual Plane intake on, the carb flange is fairly level, but the trans pan sits about 1/2 inch higher on the back flange than the front flange. Before I weld sping perches in place on the rear, I wanted to know if anyone else has seen this. Is it normal, is it a problem? Pictures and comments are welcome please.
