Amazing, I ordered a set at the beginning of Nov. and have yet to see them after being given an oct. or nov. timeframe. Then I was told they would be finished for sure by thanksgiving. Nice to know they actually exist. Did you pay for them before hand or buy them there? I've been waiting on these stupid brackets for months so I can put in my roll bar. I'm getting really close to heading to Ohio to get some satisfaction out of this whole deal.

i talked to gary at the chrysler classic last year and was calling him every month after that i paid for them at the show this year they are really nice he had a problem with the guy that was supposed to be making them then he had to have someone else do them they were worth the wait!!
Good to hear, hopefully they show up soon, I'm tired of sitting on the floor trying to drive it!
They had them for sale in Columbus this weekend for 190.00, he said he had several sets.

I have been told that Gary's only fit his seats right not a true pair of A100 seats...He makes his seats from a tubing frame....Just a heads up....Anyone got a template from the ones that come from Kramer Automotive? They are correct....I could use a copy...

Thanks

steve
I have a set of a100 seats and they fit them pretty well. I gave him the dimensions of the mounts on the seats and had them drilled for that size, not his brackets. You might be able to get some that haven't been drilled yet and just fit them to whatever seat you want. In any case I hope you like playing phone tag.

So are those your brackets or the ones Gary made? Are you building a SS clone?
Those are the ones Gary made for me. As for a SS clone, not really. I just always thought a lot of the stuff they did back then was cool. Car is "68 sedan. It has a lot of the SS stuff: belt strap holding up windows, radio delete, a100 seats, fiberglass hemi hood, back seat removed. Really just trying to build a cool 60s style race car. Gonna use steel wheels on it and make it as plain as possible. Or at least that's the plan now.

I am trying to figure out if the seat brackets for $190 were the Super Stock seat brackets? If so who has them and let me know thru my email if you think they will be at Mopar Nat's next week in Columbus...I need a set and $190 beats $300 plus...I hate to admit it but I tried to have a set built and guy charged me $140 after I told him they were bringing $300plus and they don't fit...I guess I will eat them and bite the bullet and get real ones....

Please send to my email name of guys that have them for $190.....

Who has the seat brackets for $190? I am going to Nat's and need a pair of brackets but refuse to pay $350 for a pair...

We are starting to make the seat brackets if anyone is interested. I have looked at Gary Balls and have been told that they fit his seats well but not the original S/S seats or the A100 van seats. This is just hear say. I have a pair of SS seat brackets that I bought at Mopar Nat's and they are suppose to be copied from an original S/S car. I am going to add these seat brackets into our list of parts we have avalaible if ayone is interested. I have having them built to order since the demand is not as high. I can have them build and sent to you with around a weeks notice. We are getting $210 for the pair. I believe Gary and Kramer gets around $350 for the pair. If anyone is interested please send me a note to S&N RE-POPS at [email protected] and we can make arrangment for payment. We are still looking for new hand size ideas to reproduce for the Mopar hobby. The parts need to be so we can build our mold and pour the parts at the foundry then have them chrome plated. We currently have the 68 Dart seat medallions and are in the process of making a mold for the 68 Dart GTS door emblems. We are a few weeks away from having them avalaible. Please keep in touch with us....We are in the process of looking at our cost for a few more parts to come later.

Kind Regards,

I cut a check for $140 for 2 GTS door Emblems on September 23, 2007

Countless calls yielded the same story "I am still trying to find a plater"

I give up...
Still Waiting for the GTS door emblems........
