Here's a few pics of the test fit. This is a '69 Sport Satelite convertible. It's getting the AlterKation with power steering and sway bar, Baer 13" disc brakes on all 4 corners, a 440 Six Pack and a 727.

Depending on how things progress, this car may be on display at our booth at the Nats.

Dear Santa....

I've really been good so far this year, could you please put on your list an RMS front end. If ya do, I'll be good the rest of my life.

Dear Dave...

In reply to your Christmas wish, I may be able to make this happen...The only thing I would ask is that you would install one of these RMS front suspensions on my Sleigh as the handling has been a little rough in the last 100 years or so....This particular item has been on many lists in the past few years, but being as there awful bulky I haven't made many deliveries of these, the extra weight in my sled causes it to handle terribly...I tried strapping one on Rudolph's back but he kicked me in the jingle bells, so I had to remove it before we took off...Boy that hurt...Lets work this deal out....

Santa...

GregZ, Re: AlterKation install

GregZ,
What Baer brakes are you going with and where did you find them? What's the application that you order them for "Mustang II / any year" ??
Thanks...

Application is simply Mustang II - they're so popular, most companies have entire product lines dedicated to them. Technically, the "Mustang II" spindle is from any 74-78 Mustang II, and 74-80 Pinto. The popular "Pinto" suspension is actually 71-72 Pinto only.

BILL, COULD AN ALTERKATION UNIT BE MADE OF CHROMEMOLY? OR WOULD THE WEIGHT SAVINGS VS THE ADDED EXPENSE MAKE IT NOT WORTH THE INVESTMENT? **(*) o----o<>

I sell BAER brake kits. I got the full kit for the front and the rear. The drawback is that it takes a LOOOOOONG time to get this specific kit.
